About Trade Assured
Business software for Australian trades, built so the work and the paperwork happen together.
Who we are
Trade Assured is made by Trade Assured Pty Ltd. It started with roofing in Western Australia, where the trade's rules, checklists and compliance work were built first, and now covers roofers, roof carpenters, carpenters, bricklayers, tilers, painters, renderers and plasterers, and builders.
The Roofing Industry Association Western Australia recommends Trade Assured to its members. RIAWA has no ownership of it.
What we believe
- Records you can rely on. A job's record is append-only and hash-chained, and signed documents are kept for ten years, so what was agreed stays agreed.
- Compliance as part of the job. Contracts, deposits, variations, safety statements and asbestos records are done as the work happens, not chased afterwards.
- Honest about what's ready. Anything still being built is marked coming soon, on this website and in the app, and never sold as available.
- Plain words. The app says what happened and what to do next, for the office, the crew and the homeowner.
Security
Every person signs in with a password and a code from an authenticator app. The service runs in Sydney, with the database and files in Australia.
