How it works for bricklayers
The Bricklayer trade gives you a starting service menu for brickwork, block and retaining walls, paving and repairs and repointing. Every enquiry, quote and job is filed against the client and the property, so the history is there next time.
Quotes are sent as a link the client accepts with a typed signature, and the accepted quote becomes a written contract. Deposits and progress payments follow the stages you set, and invoices go out with card payment links when you connect Stripe or Square.
Builders' bid requests are coming soon: brickwork sections of a builder's take-off sent to bricklayers whose travel radius covers the site, with sealed bids.

What it costs bricklayers
Your main trade is included on every plan. Start on Starter at $59 a month before GST and move up as the business grows.
Add up to two more trades for one flat $49 a month before GST (three trades in all). More than three needs the Builder plan, which includes every trade.
The AI receptionist comes with Complete, Elite and Builder: 200 minutes a month on Complete, then 50c a minute; 400 minutes a month on Elite and Builder, then 45c a minute, before GST.

Builders' jobs, sent to you Coming soon
Builders on the Builder plan will upload a plan set, get a take-off of every trade's section, and send each section to the businesses in that trade whose area covers the site. You bid on the work near you.
- Any business on a paid plan can receive builders' bid requests, from Starter up.
- Each business sets a travel radius from its base; a job goes to the businesses in the right trade whose radius covers the site.
- Bids are sealed: only the builder sees every bid, and each business sees only its own and whether it won.
- Leads and bid requests are separate switches: receive either, both or neither.
- Builders can block a business, which then never receives that builder's jobs.
The job board is built straight after launch. It is not available yet.
Questions from bricklayers
Can clients pay my invoices by card?
Yes, on every plan, once you connect your own Stripe or Square account. Invoices and payments can also be sent to Xero or QuickBooks.
Will it answer my phone while I'm on the tools?
From Complete up, the AI receptionist answers calls, takes the details of the job and can book a site inspection into a free time. It includes 200 minutes a month on Complete, then 50c a minute; 400 minutes a month on Elite and Builder, then 45c a minute, before GST.
Can I add tiling or rendering work too?
Yes. Add up to two more trades for one flat $49 a month before GST (three trades in all). More than three needs the Builder plan, which includes every trade.
Other trades
Trade Assured also covers roofers, roof carpenters, carpenters, tilers, painters and renderers and plasterers, or builders with every trade.
