Yes, in Settings, Plan. Moving up to a dearer plan part-way through a period is invoiced at once for the days left. Moving down applies from your next invoice. Starter is for businesses of up to three people.

By card. Each invoice is emailed to the business's owners, and its PDF is in Settings, Plan. Trade Assured invoices in advance, monthly or yearly.

Yes. Every business pays the same price for its plan, wherever it works and whether or not it's a RIAWA member.

Add up to two more trades for one flat $49 a month before GST (three trades in all). More than three needs the Builder plan, which includes every trade.

Everyone signs in with a password and a code from an authenticator app, every time.

The service runs in Sydney, and its database and files are kept in Australia.

Calls through the business number are recorded only after every party has heard the recording notice. A recording made without it is deleted and never stored.

A job's record is append-only and hash-chained, so an edit or deletion can be detected. Photos, signed documents and recordings are written once and kept for ten years.

Coming soon, straight after launch: builders on the Builder plan upload plans, get a take-off of every trade's section and send each section to businesses in that trade whose travel radius covers the site, who bid with sealed bids. Any paid plan can receive bid requests.

They are part of the plan they're listed on and arrive after launch. Until then they aren't available, and we never sell them as if they were.
